We are seeking our first “right-hand” person. A motivated lead manager and marketing assistant to assist in growing our team on Long Island. No experience is necessary for this position. Whatever you do currently, don't filter yourself out! As long as you have a willingness to learn and a good attitude, you'll be great! We have great training set up and can help set you up for success in a new career. The leads manager position is an entry level position to start with major growth opportunities within the company up to the executive level. As Leads Manager you will be responsible for staying in constant communication with several potential customers on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by us. You will assist in all aspects of lead management and lead generation. Prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing a list of potential customers all within our state of the art software.
The ideal candidate is passionate about winning and achieving, creative, thinks outside the box and won't be afraid to take risks and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Putting offers in on MLS/Zillow/Redfin
Posting on craigslist
Sending text messages through our platform to lists of buyers
Door knocking homes to generate leads
Placing signs on busy streets and phone poles
Taking inbound phone calls
Organizing data in our crm
Responding to text messages and categorizing them properly
Organizing, uploading and managing new property data
Cold calling
Setting appointments for acquisition manager
Researching new markets and learning everything you can so we can transition you to an executive level position.
Able to work 40 hours a week minimum
